Awful company
Awful company. Damaged most of the brand new sanitaryware they 'fitted'. Used 2nd hand waste connector to fit a new toilet, causing it to leak. Shower screen seals fitted the wrong way round causing the shower to leak. Damaged brand new lvt floor when fitting another toilet resulting in it having to be taken up and replaced. Swearing and language was awful all day long, even though they knew we were in the house. Radios played at full volume, and when asked to turn down they ignored us. Left food and drink cans around the house after they had left. Left us with a waste water leak draining into ours and the neighbours property for 4 days and ignored our attemts to contact them. No apologies for nany of this, and when we tried to get confirmation from the owner Matt, about when sanitaryware would arrive and be fitted he refused to tell us, then simply ignored our calls, emails and refused to attend site visits. Staff that would enter the clients own private room without permission and when found in there and questioned why they were in there, simply walked off with a shrug and a grunt. Bottle traps fitted on the slant and with covers left loose, radiators fitted in the wrong place which then had to be ripped out again, parts not ordered on time - all in all a complete mess of incompetence and staff that had zero respect for their clients, or their clients property.
