Worst

Worst ! It’s takes 5 days for vegetable to reach. How that would be possible to keep it fresh.

We are very sorry! But we ship our orders within 24 hours our logistics partner promises us a delivery next day .. The hands are tied from our side. We are there for our customer in case of a problem.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I have ordered the groceries for 100 euros
it is suppose to be a next day delivery as i saw in the website.
The Order WAS NOT DELIVERED until i Call them and inform them.
(they had logistics issues, couldnt send the products) fine.

But when i called them no one answered. It is least responsibility to atleast let the customer know what is happening.
the guy in Office specified "Write mail that will be best"

They Delivered and One of a product was about to be EXPIRED IN NEXT MONTH.

i wrote mail in 2 days after delivery when i found this out.
STILL NO REPLY.

After few missed calls, they answered my phone.
then I sent the Parcel back.
I sent them my Bank details to transfer the amount

I didn't get a ANY TYPE OF FEEDBACK, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT.

then after some days i lost my patience and called them.
NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS
even if they saw your Missed calls they will never call back

then After continous try They Answered and the guy at Office was very unprofessional.

Never apologised for being IRRESPONSIBLE.

he told their Payment Team cannot send refund to BANK.
this means Something is wrong with your service.
Work on it.

All I needed was an Update.

Very nice service

There is lost of Indian product here…

There is lost of Indian product here available grocery & vegetable in this shop and the delivery is so staisfid and so fast ⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩⏩there is lost of Indian grocery online shop but there is always problem with delivery but this sabji online grocery shop delivery it's so faster then others
