unacceptable dealing

Hi MR Autolager,

I have finally got your reponse after nearly 4 years of my bad experience. Please see my post which you replied today with a title "unacceptable dealing". Your write that I should give you a second chance.

I think you should first try to mend the bad experience I was given with MR Autolager.

In the first place, you can easily refund my 365,- dkk which I lost in postal mail services because I got a faulty spare part. This is a very reasonable thing if you consider to do. Thanks
