Do not go anywhere this disgusting cheap CHINESE company they take money out of your account send you damaged and cheap products and refuse to give you a refund!!! £400 two dresses and £109 tax!!!! Plus £30 to send back it’s been four weeks no contact no refund…. Where is the justice in this!!!!! I wish I’d read the reviews before hand

My order arrived very late, and was made of terrible cheap nylon type material which looks nothing whatsoever like the clothes that are portrayed in the many adverts

Terrible customer service
I received my garment too late for the event that I wanted it for, had to pay over £5 to return it to China and after 6 weeks and several e-mails I am still waiting for a refund- terrible customer service I will never use them again.

Delivered items have been from horrible…
Delivered items have been from horrible quality.
- Return process is intransparent
- the app has to be downloaded
- each item for itself has to be requested to returned, each item went into a separate email conversation, in which the company tried to convince to keep it.
- after 4 weeks I got a return address in China, the return costs of over 40 dollar, I have to pay
Overall a big big rib off. DONT ORDER HERE!!
