We had a customer who initially ordered 5 pieces from you and they had a misspelling on one of the pieces (their error). Your lack of flexibility in price (the cost was 4 times the original) for the redo caused my customer to not fix the error and it also made us look bad as their direct contact. I would think and expect that you would have more compassion. The customer service in trying to resolve the problem was also less than satisfactory.

The quality of product was very good.

Minimum quantity order changes have forced us to start looking for a new vendor. Other than that my experience has been great.

I have rec'd great internal and external customer service from MetalPhoto,. Problems with on time deliveries have been minimal. Although I understand that production policies need be in place to guarantee a productive work flow the ordering and expediting policies that are strictly adhered to by Metalphoto could be a little more flexible to accommodate the customer when product needs expedited or when orders can't be sent per set lead times. A little flexibility can go a long way to improving the customers experience. Otherwise working with Metaphoto has been overall a good experience.

Staff is nice. Lead time is acceptable. Minimum lot charge is about 50% higher than competitors with no difference in quality or lead time.

We have been receiving a good service and support to our pilot and production demand . we need to improve little the flexibility to unexpected spikes on the demand on both ways. but in General we will recomend the Company

Customer service seemed mildly annoyed or at least tired when I called. But, my issue is really with quality of the product. There was a noticeable difference in printing (with reversed text) between samples. I may not use half of the panels ordered.

Metalphoto understands military specifications which is important to us. They produce a quality product in a timely manner.
