Customer support SUCKS
I asked a few simple questions about the products they are selling. Instead of writing 3 lines to answer them they sent me a 2-page template e-mail referring me to their YouTube channels so that I ask questions there and hope their CUSTOMERS answer me?!? All that because they got asked the same questions over and over again and they are too lazy to build a FAQ section on their crappy website?!? Needless to say they immediately lost me as a potential customer and I had over $300 prepared to spend there.
