Absolutely delighted with my purchase!

I had been interested in a watch for sale on the Mozeris website, a Must de Cartier. This was my first time purchasing an item like this from overseas, so I was a bit nervous - but Faustas at Mozeris was wonderful to work with.

I emailed in with my questions and he was quick to respond and very accommodating. He offered the watch at a reasonable price, shipping was free & he even sent Belgian chocolates with the package!

When there was a small snag in customs, Faustas was quick to assist in getting it resolved and my new watch arrived shortly after.

I ordered a used Georg Jensen Koppel watch from Mozeris. Watch was shipped as promised. But when received, something about the watch looked weird and after an hour the watch stopped working. Took watch to my watchmaker. He indicated that the watch face was not oriented properly and refused to work on it until the issues were resolved with seller. I reached out to Mozeris and the customer service representative I communicated with accused me of lying about the condition of the watch when I received it and of being responsible for the wrong orientation of the watch face and the fact it didn't work. I tried to figure out why they would accuse me of deliberately destroying the value of a watch I had just purchased and received a few hours before. So as it stands, I purchased a watch from Mozeris that doesn't work and whose watch face was modified before my purchase.

Item received, prompt, well packed.

Fantastic ! I had my eyes on a ring that was going live on auction on Catawiki. I contacted Mozeris about whether I could buy the ring from their website if the reserve price was not reached. Once the auction was over, despite third party requests for the ring, they had kept the ring specifically me to buy it since I had mentioned my interest. I just received it, gorgeous packaging and they even included a great book about victorian jewelry for free. Also, their customer service is responsive and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend enough, especially for all the beautiful pieces they have in stock ! Thank you
