I love they gel strips and the ones for toes, i did recently try the non UV ones and they peeled off within 2 hours. Customer service was great and was able to return. I still stick to the UV ones

Great website, great product!
I wanted my nails to look professional. MOYOU is the perfect place to shop. The website is easy to navigate and there is such a wide range of choices.
I love that you can buy precured gel nail strips, so you don’t need to use a UV lamp.
They are so easy to apply and I was delighted that my Christmas nails stayed on for two weeks! I only took them off because I wanted to try my next set of nails. They were really easy to remove too!
I loved the nails so much, I decided to set up a subscription.
Customer support was really helpful when I was having problems with my email address. They responded to my query swiftly and easily resolved my problem.
I would highly recommend!

Nails are great and fast delivery. Customer service is very good, had an issue with 1set of nails and they were happy to replace or refund. Been using the nails for over 2 years now.

I love the UV nails
I love the UV nails and have used them for a couple of years now since I developed an allergy to regular gel nails. I easily get two weeks from each set and often could get longer but I just want a change. Customer service is great and the only time I had an issue they were so quick to help me resolve and sent out replacement very quickly.

Very hit and miss
Very hit and miss , often the gel top layer just peels straight off within hours and other times some will just not adhere to the nail. Changed my wraps just today and I had a brand new moyou pack in my box but within three hours two had lifted terribly and thumb nail wrap the gel layer lifted within a few hours . Off I took them all. Been using gel wraps for 4 years now and I don’t buy moyou at all now, I use a company called jmeowio on Amazon have done for around 18 months they are excellent never had a bad pack and best bit is they range from £5 to £8 a pack and last 2/3 weeks honestly they are excellent

The nails were very poor and cracked within 24 hours of application. I emailed to complain but am yet to receive a reply.

These wraps differ from our UV Gel Wraps and are designed for short-term wear, with staying power depending heavily on nail prep, daily activities, and natural nail condition.
That said, cracking within 24 hours isn’t the experience we want for any of our customers. If you could reply to our customer services team with a little more detail, we’d be more than happy to look into this further and do our best to help resolve the issue for you.

There was an issue with delivery, Royal mail delivered to the wrong address. However, after explaining my dilemma, customer services contacted me and we resolved the issue within a week! I was very pleased with the communication and resolution. Highly recommend!
The product itself is definitely worth it too, I ordered soft gel press ons, they very beautiful, are super easy to apply and they haven't harmed my nails when taking off! Very impressed overall! Thanks MoYou!! And thanks Julie!! 😊

MoYou is a great company for doing nails at home!
MoYou London are a great company that have helped me to do my own nails at home.
They have a great range of products, from Gel strips to Gel polish, and even finishing products to give your nails the best effect.
I am really happy with their Gel strips especially, as the effect is really nice, and I've saved lots of money Instead of going to a nail salon.
If I've had an issue with a product, or a query, they've responded quickly and have sent out a replacement really efficiently or have given some good advice!

I love MoYou nails and use them…
I love MoYou nails and use them constantly. 9 times out of 10 I end up removing them after 2 weeks as I am bored and/or my nails have grown out. Occasionally I get a set that don’t stick properly, but when that happens customer service have been happy to send me a replacement set without any messing about. This has happened twice in 2.5 years so it’s not a regular occurrence. Best quality gel wraps I have found, I find the transparent designs last the best.

Even when a set didn’t work properly for me their customer service was excellent. A lot of companies would blame the customer and refuse to help but they helped me pick a set that would work for me plus sent me some free bits for the inconvenience. They were so friendly and happy to help and that’s what I look for in a good company to buy from . The next set I put on was fanstastic. It’s rare to have a bad experience they’re emails are so good

I love the UV gel wraps
I love the UV gel wraps - easy to apply by following the great instructions. They always last a good 2 weeks and I usually end up changing them only because of nail growth.
MoYou customer services team are quick to respond and customer satisfaction is obviously top of their priorities. Really refreshing to have a company that does so much to help their customers.

I love MoYou nail wraps
I love MoYou nail wraps! I started to use them earlier this year and I've gotten weeks of wear from them. With a lil topcoat top up, I could have made them go longer but the regrowth was too much. They have many beautiful designs to choose from and now they have no uv ones as well. They aren't as hardy but they're pretty lovely as well. Customer service is friendly and helpful, overall, I feel good about repeat purchases from MoYou... which is probably why I've ordered maybe too many times in the past six months haha

I love these nails
I love these nails. I was never a nails person because I didn't have the time for it and like to change my styles quite often. But these last about 2 -3 weeks so are perfect and I can do them myself whilst watching TV which is perfect. Occasionally I have had a pack that haven't lasted as long but moyou are so great at rectifying problems and really provide top notch customer care.

Fab!.... Once you've got the technique down!
Have been using for about 12 months. The nail stickers look really brilliant and last a good 2 weeks, often more, IF applied properly. It takes a few goes to get used to how to properly prep your nails, stick the stickers and then cut and file them. If done incorrectly, you can lose a nail or 2 in the first couple of days which is very annoying, but once you've got the knack and as long as you take your time to do it properly, they last ages and look great. Lovely cheaper alternative to getting your nails done at a salon, no damage to the nails and you can do at home. Really happy. Also the company is great, any issues I've ever had sorted out quickly and really well

Been a customer for over a year. I'd be lost without the gel strips now - they've been a game changer. I did cheat once using the sassy saints ones and paid the price (they are no comparison to the MOYOU ones!!!)
Customer service have been brilliant too - the one time i had an issue I had a replacement set sent out the next day, no questions asked!

Would not recommend .
I have been using Glaize Nails for a few months now so know how to apply wraps/ press ons, so thought I’d give Moyo a trial. Unfortunately after only 2 & a half days, several nails had an opaque sheen and had started to lift. What a waste of money ! I have 2 other unused sets which I might as well throw in the bin … oh well lessons learnt 🙄
