Worked like clockwork, no notes

Did a large order of singles from them and got amazing value for money, their prices were way better than what I'd find on cardmarket or ebay.
I did have one problem with my order where a playset of one card was sent in the wrong rarity, after emailing them about it I already had a reply within the hour with them confirming they'd send out the replacement the next day with next day delivery.

Amazing customer service, will absolutely buy from them again

Awful business, this guy is a joke.

I cancelled my order as money is tight this month and realised it won't be released until November! I've only bought one thing from this business, turns out because I've cancelled my 1/1 order he deems it a 100% cancellation rate meaning he will close my account. Unfortunately as a business sometimes you have to take these hits, if not then your just a scoundrel reselling at scalping prices. Have some decency as a business.

All these small little TCG businesses really suck and are destroying the market. I will take my business to the big retailers because these little businesses have no business morales. They are quick to take your money for a pre order but happy to close your account down if you ask to cancel your order lol.

This is what was said: "With regards to your question, we close accounts with a high cancellation % rate, due to the fees we are charged. As we are entitled to withdraw service. " (even though I've only cancelled 1 order in my lifetime of ordering from this business)

"It is set at a % rate on the software to close accounts, as its 1/1 that will deem it a 100% cancellation rate."

Pretty poor business, basically saying because you've cancelled you are no longer able to buy anything from us but that's okay, you've done me a favour for understanding your businesses true colours.

This shop has some great deals and a nice playing area for games like MTG. The staff is friendly as well. Stock is a bit limited but that's not really an issue.

Fantastic shop with great staff, went in for some boosters for my son and picked up my singles order early with no fuss. Still my favourite lfgs!

Great store with good sealed and singles stock. Play area with tables you can reserve for a group or use when participating in events. Played a local event and the community was really nice and welcoming. Would absolutely recommend for anyone to check out.

Mox in the hole always have excellent prices and when the have a sale on they are even better. The board games I have purchased are always so well packaged.
