A really helpful member of staff was the difference between me making my purchase or not, very clued up extremely polite and not in anyway pushy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my gardening tools as MowerPower have always been fair with me and they have a huge range of tools and machinery to choose from.

Ordered was not dispatched for 9 days…
Ordered was not dispatched for 9 days after I ordered it online. Had to constantly chase over email and phone to get an update and for it to be finally dispatched. Wouldn't use again

Update based on response - Courier delays aside, I had to email multiple times and ring multiple times to understand where my order was. Most of the time I got no responses to my emails. Eventually a nice lady in the accouns department helped me! If I hadn't chased as hard as I had I have no doubt it wouldn't have taken 9 days to ships but much much longer.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, unfortunately as explained via email once your order was received the product then goes through a PDI (pre delivery inspection) process that requires the product to be unpacked tested and repackaged. It was then booked for collection by Parcel Force on the 2nd. We have opened a claim with them and are waiting a response as to why they didn’t collect until the 8th. As you can appreciate we cannot directly control the courier and while we only use reputable firms unfortunately they are often the weak link in the chain.
