I got a referral to an awesome realtor through Movoto. We initially signed up only to be able to view a house, but he was so wonderful we decided to keep working with him. Movoto was good with following up with us, and making sure our questions were answered.

James Kakos was relentless and never quit working for us! He found a great first home for our son. We are so appreciative of his tenacity and determination to help him find a home!!

Movoto is unlike other sites in that it gave me easier access to less visible entries as well as a great buyer broker. When I discovered a condo complex of interest, I could easily see all units for sale and find my dream home.

I was matched perfectly with a competent, highly professional real estate agent. Kelly knew the lay of the land and made excellent recommendations for an Inspector, contractors, additional inspections, and worked in record speed to get everything accomplished in unheard of time. Within 30 days I was in the “closing” phase. Her negotiation skills are unmatched, I got everything I asked for and far more. She was able to bring to the table things I would never have known to ask. I have a home and it was not a grueling process that you hear so much about as it concerns the home buying process.

Chantel responded to all our inquiries and was flexible with her schedule to meet our needs. She was in touch after the closing as well, that gave our experience a more personal touch. She was wonderful to work with.
