Great Respectful Services

Firstly, I would like to thanks and highly appreciate for any services mainly for agent and all staff. They are very frinedly, warm, and quick response. The most importatnt this is their respectful to us.

I'm happy with the deal I got from the…

I'm happy with the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good house for my family that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

Max Property Management is "fantastic to deal with!"

Max Property Management Christchurch is a "fantastic and professional team" to deal with. I was acting on behalf as an Agent for the daughter of a friend, who has recently passed. The daughter was his Caregiver, so had no "rental history" to present. But the Max Team acted professionally at all times and understood our situation with empathy. We secured her preferred rental property. Exceptional experience for us with great people. If there is such a thing as a "6 Star Rating", they would have it!!
If you are looking for your next property, use the team from Max.
Thank you, Vanessa and Natasha. So easy to deal with.

Maybe I got them on a bad day??

Completed the on-line form to set up connection of electricity and gas for investment property, specifying a future date (6 weeks), 1 week before settlment.

2 days later I received an email from the electricity provider stating it was connected and backdated 2 weeks prior. I had to call the electricity provider and requested they cancel the job.

I then called Moving Hub to advise of the error and was surprised that I did not receive an apology and was told "it was an error in their back-end" and she wasn't sure what happened. I requested they close my account and I would appreciate email confirmation to state this had been actioned. Again, I was told this was a 'back-end' department function and she would send through a request.

Does not give me confidence at all to use their service.

The vendor was also notified of the electricity transfer and wondered what was going on. I won't risk using them again.

Unnecessary headache.
