We went in may, we took pictures in the photo booth and they turned out completely blurry and useless.
They promised me a refund in may but never gave my money back, they also decided to ignore my emails about it. Unprofessional at it’s finest

Even during the holiday season, the park was pleasantly uncrowded, resulting in short and comfortable waiting times. The only drawback was the somewhat reduced opening hours. While the range of high-adrenaline roller coasters is limited, the park proves to be an excellent choice for families with children, offering a wide variety of age-appropriate attractions. The overall value for money was outstanding, particularly with the special holiday ticket offer.

Great costumer service.
My daughters snow globe bought in moviepark, broke.
I contacted moviepark, and got a very quick response.
Moviepark replaced the snow globe, with no additional payment, shipped in to Denmark, and wrote a note for my daughter in the box with the new snow globe.

I am beyond impressed by their costumers service.

One of my favorite amusement parks; the kids love it, too. The only downside is the refill machines are constantly out of order.

What suposed to be a great day turned out a dissaster.
As we came there was a show in studio 6, so we went there to check it out.
The show was good by itself but we had en 3 year old and she’s scared at night for men
With masks and pistols!
We didnt stayed there the whole show.
If the personel in the entrance had just warned us we wouldnt get in !
Very poor quality of service!
If i look at parks as walibi/efteling in the netherlands it is so much better orginased

Parking attendants are downright rude. We wanted to charge our electric car, but were sent further each time. There were at least 5 or 6 charging places available, but we were not allowed to charge there. Why? No idea.
Park itself is outdated and basically has no signage. We were there with a child of 3, who loved it, but for us it was once but never again.
Also made use of the basketball game, we were offered 4 balls for €10,- and people who came after us, German were offered 5 balls for €10, very special.
Park is also not responding to the reported complaints.

I was in the MOVIE PARK on October 30th.

The Ferris wheel "Santa Monica Wheel" has been defective since around 18:30 and some people were trapped on the top of the wheel. The wheel was moving forward and backward. It was also raining at that time. I felt colder and colder, more and more afraid. A woman from the next passenger car began shouting and crying. We did not hear anything from the ground and did not know what was happening or how long we had to stay like this. I became very scared and wanted to call my family.
After having been trapped for at least half an hour, we were only told by the staff that there was a technical problem.

In the picture the staff was telling the people who were waiting in the line to leave.
