I called 1 wk prior to my move from the state and they said everything was good to go. I said, I know your cost is an estimate do you see any issues with the cost and he said, "oh no problem" don't worry. I told them I had to get my car picked up by Friday and they said they would call me 3 days before and no call.
I called and they said no issues, they will pick up the car on Friday. Friday comes and they said they would call me 3 hours in advance and 2 hours before they said no driver. I told them thats why I had been very clear that my car had to be moved by Friday.

Dealing with MoveWheels.com and Transport America was a terrible experience from start to finish. I initially submitted an online inquiry, and MoveWheels immediately began calling me almost daily until I agreed to move forward with them.

Once I committed, the quoted price kept increasing. What started at around $1,200 eventually rose to $2,700 by the day before transport for my RV. To make matters worse, the driver wasn’t even assigned until less than 24 hours before pickup.

The only positive part of the experience was the driver’s speed—he transported my RV from Minnesota to North Carolina in under 24 hours, which was impressive. Because of that, I even gave him a tip.

However, three months later, I discovered that the driver had run multiple tolls in West Virginia and Illinois, leaving me with over $200 in charges. When I contacted MoveWheels, they assured me they would handle the issue and honor their word—but nothing was ever resolved. In the end, I was essentially brushed off.

Overall, I would not recommend using MoveWheels.com or Transport America.

I had a solid overall experience with this carrier. They were able to pick up my vehicle ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated.
There was a price increase from the original quote, which wasn’t ideal—but I understand with current fuel costs and the way the economy is going, things fluctuate.
What really stood out was the service. Danny was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. He made the process smooth and kept communication clear the whole time. No runaround, no nonsense. Just handled business the way it should be done.
End of the day: price stung a little, but the job got done right and without headaches. That matters more.

Danny is very good at communicating. There was a small hick-up with the original driver, followed by some confusion. Ultimately he is the broker, so not on him. He worked late to correct the issue and provided another driver within an hour. All in all happy with the transport, and I will be a customer again.

What made working with the company great was because of Danny. He was very flexible and hard working when it came to my situation. Unfortunately I could not continue business due to personally reasons, but Danny was the guy. A respectful man would did everything he could to help me and he did. If I ever need anything to be shipped again I know who to call.

Jayden and Herman took care of my shipping needs in a timely manner. They are very communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely use them again.

After having arranged to have my car transported by another company only to have them double my quote the day before pickup. A co-worker referred me to movewheels where I was connected to Jaden. He kept me informed through the whole process and the hauler picked up at time Jaden had said. The only glitch was, this was not Jaden’s fault, we had informed the hauler to deliver by pm the next day. The hauler started calling me @ 2 AM saying he was ready to deliver. After going back and forth with the hauler, we were able to get him to hold off until 10 am. Car was delivered safely. As I said, Jaden was on point, upfront and honest. My price was what he quoted me and as promised he kept me informed through the whole process. I recommend and would use again.

Overall, solid experience with Jaden at MoveWheels. He communicated to me continuously about the transport of my Harley and changed the contract to guarantee a firm price. The crate service was unable to place my bike into their truck and Jaden negotiated a reduced price due to me being required to ride the bike to their pickup location. Again, I recommend this service.

Company to move my rv, I was flexible on the time frame and it work out for me.
Driver kept in touch the whole time and we were able to me up for the delivery.

Harry Andres is very helpful. Despite any circumstances he kept being professional and he keeps finding a solution to make sure our motorcycle will get pick up on out preferred day. Harry also keep us updated from time to time, if any adjustment or information he got in his end we are always updated. This company is 100% Legit the process is smooth. They wont charge you anything until the motorcycle has been picked up by the driver. And also the remaining 70% of the payment is cash. But they will only charge you that once you received the motorcycle. Its a cash on delivery which is very good and customers wont have to worry about anything. I highly recommended Harry Andres, very kind, very accommodating and he is very professional.

Harry was my main contact there. He did everything he could to help me get the vehicle picked up as early as possible. And was great with communication with me.
