Natty design
Seems to works well but not clear how much difference it makes. The design is clever and sits well either side of the spine when rolling up and down. More effective than tennis balls I would say. I am a bit concerned that if I put too much weight on it, the cork might start to flatten but so far so good.

The cork products are made from high density cork which is pretty robust and we have tested pretty extensively with some heavy duty 125kg+ athletes over the last year with no evidence of mis-shaping, so hopefully you should be good. With regards to efficacy, self-massage is certainly 'part' of the jigsaw and should be combined with the correct exercises that are appropriate achieving the end goal.
