Almost a total rip-off
Almost a total rip-off. We actually did receive the item, but it's not like the picture. Lousy quality as well.
My dad wanted a Tom Horn style hat, and they had them cheap, shoulda been first warning. In the order process I goofed up and ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and they changed the size. Then we changed our minds and contacted them to cancel the order less than 2 hours after it was placed. No response. A few days later I checked and was told they were going to check if it had shipped. No response. A week later I got tracking info, and about 10 days later the hat showed up.
