My experience with MoverJet Logistics was positive and the communication that the coordinator Liza provided was professional as well as personally kind. She helped me step by step in a situation that was stressful for me as a first time experience. Her guidance and efficiency was really valuable. Although the final negotiation for price was higher than expected, it seemed fair and she explained why the change occurred. My car arrived at the destination fine and the driver was also kind and courteous. All in all, a very good choice to use this company.

Liza Brooks worked extremely hard at making it "come together". She was always professional and friendly and made this, my first time experience, pretty easy. I would give her, personally, a 5+ rating.

The lower rating comes because the amount I contracted with Mover Jet Logistics was not honored by the driver, who asked for more so Mover Jet also tagged on more. Granted, the total was only $150 over my contract but it was an unexpected and unwelcome wrinkle.

The driver DID do a great job and effected delivery in excellent time.

Currently dealing with them. I scheduled my car to be picked up May 27th (today) yet they still havent even assigned me a driver. They no longer respond to my texts, while they were trying to gain my business they would respond within 5 minutes. I do not recommend.

My experience with Moverjet was outstanding, Jane Waits, provided me updates throughout the process, and even with the slight issues we had with Carriers, quickly and as effectively as possible kept the process moving.

today is May 25th, 2024 I had place a transporter order these people gave me a quote i agreed to it which i will add the copy the email they wrote me. they are definitely SCAMS and not only that they block your car on the board so that other competitors can't transport your car a better price they are thiefs. Now they are asking me $700 from $450 quote to transport the car that is ridiculous. here is their message to me :

We needed to ship a car across several states on short notice, and we were referred to Adam Nowakowski. He was very responsive and professional, and the car even arrived earlier than scheduled. We ended up referring him to another friend who needs the same service.

I worked with Jane. She was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me anything I did not need. The car arrived two days ahead and 30000 mile transport. I will use them again if I ever need to have a car hauled.
