I much prefer having a dedicated IBAN in my own name rather than using those dodgy-looking reference numbers for pool accounts. It's professional, secure, and exactly what's missing elsewhere.

Very often it is rejected!

It’s very easy to handle, have a insurance for Krypto Account’s, top Support, Bank included and a very good web 3 card. Also the fees are absolutely ok!!!😊

What a stupid answer: Not one issue correspondence to my input. The limit of age 65 could be solved with working with different banks. I always mention this but NW is obviously not able to think further... What a shame - unbelievable incompetence. The therms may mention the inactivity fee, but I am not interested in therms, I look what competitors are doing, and so MV is an absolutely no go. Go away from this incompetent trash!

I tried several Times to withdrawl btc via bitcoin blockchain. Sometimes it failed immediately, sometimes it was pending and failed again.
Once it was transfered, after I reduce the btc amount and let approx 5 Euro left at mountain wolf.

Greedy set up, charging high fees and terrible customer service. Initially, the cards they offered were full benefits and then when you apply, for a premium of course which is non-refundable, they say it is not covered in your area. Same with currency, initially accepted AED then stopped doing so.
Also, apparently because I have a British passport although I am a resident abroad, they cannot serve me anymore and have given me very little notice to withdraw or cash out and they don't respond to my messages. Funny though, after I told them that I have written a review here, they immediately responded and approved my new KYC. It seems you have to threaten these days to get what you want!!!

I have a privat Account since 5 years. The MountainWolf account is very helpful because, it is easy, it is trustful, has low fees, has a personalized IBAN, it is for me the best transaction-platform in fiat and krypto

Basically, it's a good site and buying is easy once you understand it. And the offer with the credit cards is also quite good. But the costs are far too high and could be much cheaper. The involvement in racing is completely pointless for me and just a cost driver. It also bothers me that the website is not available in German. Other sites offer a much better service here. I can therefore only recommend it to a limited extent.

For me, the services offered are really great and up-to-date and I feel that I am in good hands. If I have any questions, I get quick support both via the ticket system and the sales staff.

After 1 year you are starting to vanish the real shit customer experience! I get my money just back and my FESS refunded because I don’t let me FCKU by the mountain wolf Customer support!! Never ever I would use such an unreliable payment provider who has no license and a huge marketing plan which give the fees into network of recommenders !!!!!! 08.05.2025. MW is blocking funds for KYC approved acoount! 1.3BTC and start already crying!!! 100KUSDT to handle is already a Problem? Imagine BTC goes to 500k....than they block everyones MONEY?? What a professional HOT DOG Stand they are!!! Till now they didnt send my funds back! Crime report in DUBAI, Austria and Slovakia will be filed soon when nothing is going to happen!

Absolutely the worse customer service ever, cs staff was so rude to me. I was treated as if I was there begging for money. Never have I ever been talked down to or treated the way I was with a firm that's holding my money.... I involved the FCA and 𝓪𝔂𝓻𝓵p though the FCA advised to wait but it’s been two months already but the latter followed up with the case and my money was refunded peacefully
