Always been fantastic, helpful, products of quality. I can't understand the neg. reviews on here. I've been buying from them for years and never had the slightest hiccup with them. they are my go-to for inexpensive quality herbal supplements.

When I didn't receive my order I left 2 voicemails, emailed them and used the contact page but never received any replies. When I got my order over a week later the seal was missing. Now I'm wondering if the herbs in the capsules are genuine or fake....... going straight in the bin.

The '£5 off your first order' would never appear at the Checkout, so there was no discount. I tried contacting the company using the number provided, but that would not be answered. The only slow communication was by email.

The order failed to be delivered twice; the first tracking number showed that Royal Mail had not received the item; the second replacement order after 10-days was either not received or sent.

After one month I was informed the order was refunded in full by cheque, considering I paid online using PayPal. The second attempt at a refund to my PayPal account never appeared like the orders.

One of the few categorically dishonest companies I've experienced.

Mountain Fresh has facilities for asking questions about products they sell in both email or telephone but the phone has never been answered when I have had cause to ring them and the call never returned when I have left a voicemail message. Neither has any of the questions I have sent via email on their website - so saying they have a customer service section is a contradiction in terms.
I did have cause to contact the manager of customer service to tell her I wanted to write to someone to complain about her attitude and other issues and she told me 'not to bother' as she would be given the complaint to deal with.....
You have to wonder don't you? Talk about a 'couldn't care less attitude'.....

Orders arrive in very timely fashion. Everything is very professional and efficient. Couldn't ask for more.

This is an excellent product I ordered previously off Amazon this time I ordered directly delivery was quick enough & communication was excellent. If a delivery estimation date was given at the time of order experience would be better!

I requested that my capsules be made in the smaller size, as I have had them before and it was not done and no explanat was given.
