Been a customer for 3 years. They have rare to find items in Switzerland as well as competitive prices. Today I had to cancel an order made Yesterday (Sunday) with delivery for this Tuesday. I use their contact form half expecting the item would be shipped before I had any feedback yet in a couple of hours, they confirmed the cancellation and I have already been credited back with the amount of the purchase. Good service as well as good products.
