If I could give 0 stars I would …junk cameras that eats battery’s and a company who doesn’t stand by there product. Just spent $600 to fly out to Iowa and put a camera out and it worked for two days and now just magically won’t send pictures with 100% battery and a solar panel and good signal and that idiots won’t even refund me the month I just paid for for a camera that doesn’t even work that’s not even 6 months old
I just want to cancel my account and am getting a massive runaround from customer "service". The email address they provided doesn't work and I had to fight my way past an AI to try to speak to a human. Then was told they "have a higher than normal call volume" ( you can bet this is every day; which means they're too cheap to hire a couple more actual humans). I have been waiting an hour for a call back. Nothing.
