I wanted to cancel because they told me…
I wanted to cancel because they told me that they are not paying my creditors but renegotiating with them, and that was not the way I wanted it. Then tried to cancel and they did not wanted me to cancel, so finally they opted to help but still try to push the program forward.
So only 1 star given.

I was walked through the entire process by Rodrigo, as I had several questions and was very nervous about making the decision to move forward. However, as each question was addressed and answered, it helped me see that in the big picture, this was the right choice to make, and it really helped me settle my nerves and feel very comfortable with my decision in the end.
