This place is a new test station everything is immaculate and fresh.
Pricing is clearly visible and you can see every part of the mot, I will definitely use again also I will recommend this place to my family and friends .

⭐ 1 Star — Faulty Car, No Help, Avoid This Dealer

I purchased a 2014 Vauxhall Astra GTC 1.4 Turbo from Motorswift (Weston-super-Mare) in June 2024 for £6,600. The car had just 36,000 miles and was sold with a 1-year warranty and a 5-year finance agreement through Blue Motor Finance.

Less than 10 months later, and with only 41,000 miles on the clock, the engine has completely failed — leaking exhaust valves, a scored crankshaft, and seized tappets. The car has now been off the road for over 6 weeks, and I've been left without support.

Warrantywise rejected most of the repair claim, saying it’s "wear and tear." The dealership has shown no willingness to take responsibility or help resolve the situation — despite selling me a supposedly reliable car with a warranty.

I’ve now involved Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and am escalating to the Motor Ombudsman.

Very disappointed with how this has been handled. If you're thinking about buying from Motorswift, I strongly recommend you get an independent inspection, check the warranty in detail, and be prepared for no support if something goes wrong.

We bought an i20 Hyundai from this company who was advertising this car on Auto trader.
From start to finish which only took 3 days we experienced excellent customer service.
Phill who runs the company with a partner was honest, thoughtful and so easy to deal with. There was no cold selling as is too often these days in the car trade but he spent time answering questions and making sure we were happy with our intended purchase. He even arranged to have one of the seats re valeted as there were a few little marks!!
All the paper work was in order and he even sorted the tax with the DVLA before we left- we felt very looked after so if you are reading this review with a mind to purchasing one of his vehicles -please don't hesitate as the company and in particular Phill are genuine sales people who really want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase. Just bought a Vauxhall Insignia Estate from Motorswift after being disappointed with other dealer sites visited. I found Phill the owner so professional and helpful in my purchase. The car was freshly valeted, serviced and a 12 month MOT with no advisories. Dealing with Phill at Motorswift was by far the best experience we have had buying a used car. The vehicle was MOT'd and serviced before being advertised and we were able to reserve it with a refundable deposit - confirmed by Phill who was an excellent communicator throughout the process both on the phone and via Whatsapp. There were a couple of issues with the vehicle (common given the age) and Phill went out of his way to rectify them before meeting us half way to deliver the vehicle. He also arranged for a new cambelt and waterpump. We have spoken to many dealers and seen many cars on our search and I can honestly say that Motorswift will be our first choice when it comes to our next purchase. Thanks Phill, building trust is a fine art and it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Really friendly staff. Went and viewed the car on Monday and by the Saturday it was mine. Lovely car all paperwork was completed on collection. Car was clean and tidy and looked like it had just been driven off the forecourt of ford itself.

Buying a car on my own was daunting but the customer service provided by this independent company was excellent. Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. Exceptional Service and Value for Money!!

My wife and I were looking for a Vauxhall Zafira which is always challenging due to trying to find a dealership that you trust, that are honest and overall able to offer a 5 star friendly service and a vehicle you have confidence in. Parting with thousands of pounds is not easy.

Phil was great, reassuring, and it is clear he has pride in what he does. The presentation of the vehicle was fantastic, the vehicle specs are top notch and overall a quality purchase.

A genuine guy selling a genuine vehicle. Couldn't be happier with it and the service provided from Motorswift.

Phil made the whole experience of a second hand car purchase both simple and painless from start to finish.

The car itself is in amazing condition and backed with FSH and a warranty which I certainly can't fault. Furthermore, Phil also had the car cleaned immaculately for delivery and included a new set of floor mats... something Honda couldn't be bothered to do when I purchased a "New" vehicle!
