Motorpoint excellent again
My last car was bought from motorpoint and the experience was excellent again. Jake was great and sorted everything out for me. Nothing was too much trouble. They have me a great price for my car and the new car was a really competitive price. No pressure from the staff but there if you needed something or wanted any questions answered. Car valeted and in great condition when I picked it up.

The young guy Robert ( Rob) was very good with me he was polite, patience and very helpful, made 4 trips to the site to look, choose and finally purchase a car, each time Rob and his colleagues where very pleasant and welcoming, there was no pushy sales or persucuting me during my visits, Rob looked after me with drinks and lots of advice and options, he listened and understood what I wanted, oblige me with honesty, incredible young man, credit to the business, thanks Rob, Peter.

Chris from the call centre was very good
Chris was very good at knowing what we wanted, we had a problems with one of the stores and Chris from the call centre helped us out over the phone and did all he good to help and got the car transferred to Widnes. Rachel at Widnes was very good, and made the swap to our new car very quick, she was very polite and went through everything with us
