They let us look round
Which was great they did not bother us until we were ready , they did ask if we needed help .

Staff member was very helpful, explaining the system very clearly and giving us every opportunity to ask questions.
The trade in price for my car was good and the cost of the car I bought was also very reasonable.
I was able to walk in, inspect the car, test drive, complete the purchase and necessary paperwork and drive away in a “new” car in a few hours.
He even recommended a good cafe / restaurant for lunch which was excellent.

where do we start told to collect our car saturday at 5 pm paperwork not ready after a hour given a loan car to get home due to insurance on our car ,loan car not enough petrol to get home and back ,plenty in our old car ,collected our car on sunday morning only to be told to take back on tuesday for a mot and it failed due to wire coming out of tyre they put a new tyre on it ,this car was meant to have been serviced by them before collection ,after this i asked for a independent inspection witch they payed for only to be told should only change tyres in pairs and needs new wiper blades on the good side sales man josh was great and the car is great now ,i will be changing the second tyre to even it up again

I was looking at updating my car so went for a look around and found a car I was happy with. The staff were friendly but not pushy, which meant a lot as most places do try and add a sense of urgency to buy their cars.
The purchase was smooth and they gave me a good price for my old car. After purchase I received a curtesy call to make sure I was happy, something I have not received from other places when I have purchased cars.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase and received excellent assistance from the Peterborough team.

As a family and over many years, we have had some six cars from Motorpoint so they must be doing something right!

Came over to collect my car and it had a Fault which was known to Motorpoint. I had a round trip of 120 miles if you had called and told me you were waiting for a part to fix the problem I could have saved my time and money, I am very disappointed with the service I received. Members of my family have purchased many vehicles over the years and recommending Motorpoint but based on my experience I would not be happy recommending Motorpoint to anyone

I was surprised just how quick and simple the process was made for trading in my old car and buying a new one . I expected to be at the store for several hours but it was all done in 45 minutes once my test drive was complete. The sales people are not too pushy and polite/well trained. Great prices for nearly new cars and very fair prices for trade-ins. Special thanks to Rachel at the Peterborough store and to her colleague who gave me some great advice on EV charging and the best tariffs to adopt. Very happy with my new EV.

Dawid Sukany the person who was helping provide the information and support throughout the process was a God Send! He has undoubtabley been tue best sales person ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with and will undoubtedly be the reason I continue to make purchases through your site going forward. He helped ensure i got all the neccessary informayion i needed to get my vehicle chosen and on the road in the shortest amount of time possible whilst also being professional, courteous and respectful throughout the whole experience. Ethan listened to want we wanted and made it easy to view the cars that we had in mind by putting them together on the lot. There was no pressure at any point and everything regarding the trade in and pick up of the new vehicle was explained and carried out efficiently with no fuss. Payment was very simple using the text link that makes it easy to access your mobile banking and carry out the transfer. Ewan was very helpful when we picked up the new car and dealt swiftly with the road tax and vehicle registration documentation.
