2nd Motorpoint car in 2 years
The fact that I have bought a new car, twice in 2 years, both from Motorpoint must reflect well on Motorpoint.
I have been lucky to avoid the older, tired, slick, image of car salespersons, by being served by younger up and coming trainees, a very important point for customer experience.
Having bought my car 13 months ago, I was surprised by how much this had depreciated, effectively costing >£xxxx (removed for privacy) for this period. There were no damages beyond polish swirls and even had blue protective cover on polished aluminium door strips.

New to Motorpoint
New to Motorpoint - saw the car I wanted on line and then visited. Daniella was excellent with no pressure to buy and plenty of time to consider and test drive if needed. Traded in my old car and was happy to also deal on a few additions (dog mats!) and a year on the warranty. Excellent place and I'm not stressed, would recommend.

A good way to buy a car, no salesperson following you, asking if they can help. Easy dialogue with salespeople, when YOU approach them. Keys provided, test drives arranged all without the feeling of pressure to purchase. Used Motorpoint 3 times now, recommended them to family and friends, and will continue to do so…!!
