All staff were excellent, cannot fault the experience

just all went very well from start to finish

Vicky made sure I was supported all the way through the process. At no point did I feel anyone being pushy or forcing a sale. Toby ensured a smooth and quick process too.

No pushy salesman following our every move and when we did decide to buy Jai was brilliant have and will recommend Moterpoint to friends and family 👍

We where made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived The process of buying a car was seamless The sales man was very efficient and a credit to his company would definitely return to this store

Purchased a Skoda Superb Estate from Coventry branch.
First contact was with Toby who was very professional and went through the procedure and initial viewing of the vehicle with me. On collection I was dealt with by Archie Morgan who was a trainee but handled the situation very well despite his limited experience. I hope I treated him well and did not add to the difficulty of the experience. He was aided by a more senior member of staff, Akshay Sharma, who was able to fill in the gaps and answered all of my questions.
Apart from some items not delivered with the car I was very satisfied by all members of staff I encountered.

Do not buy a car from motorpoint there after sale service is a joke I had my car 11days in which time the engine management light has came on 4 times and is now on constantly I had the car checked over by an independent garage and numerous faults have been indicated no one will answer phones or take responsibility from Motorpoint

They lie was sold a car when i went to pay half of it on a credit card was told couldn't but way round it was to pay 1k then pay the rest to Blackhorse as a overpayment turns out BH dont take credit cards so now I have a debt collecting interest the the 0% I had on the card.. when I said I would return the car as It has a undeclared fault They lied and said I couldnt as they have the right to fix it at least once .. thats untrue if the car has only been had for 30 days or less you have the right to reject and | Have that on camera as I filmed the asshat

Our initial experience was really good.As expected great sales talk.
We purchased our car and was told they guarenteed that it was the cheapest price.
When we found a car... same model,colour,mileage but £800 cheaper they said that it didn't count because that car was a few months newer!!! Than ours it doesn't count.Not really what we're were told and definitely not as good as it was sold to us.What a shame as we live our car

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. He talked me through the process making sure I understood everything. The only thing that let things down was the fact the vehicle was not ready at the agreed appointment time. However the overall experience was excellent.

Sold a car at Coventry branch, they give the highest valuation at over £2K more than the lowest one from a competitor. They knocked £100 off the valuation for a split rubber spoiler under the front bumper which was very fair. Payment was instant and the whole transaction was pretty seamless.
