Ordered the car through the website, arrive at my allotted time and after the test drive of my part exchange was done, car transferred to my name and off I went.

The gentleman who actually attended to…
The gentleman who actually attended to me was very polite helpful and professional even though he was acting on behalf of Nik, who I started dealing with who is also a lovely gentleman. Apparently Nik, also attended to me in 2022 when I got my car at Motorpoint.
Unfortunately I had to pay extra £250 against my initial agreement deposit of £3000/part exchange when another colleague had to review my finance with the finance company stating some reasons I couldn't understand.
Overall I would say my experience was very good and I can confidently recommend anyone to Motorpoint.

Superb experience!!
