She was so lovely and helpful. Got us over some problems ( caused by us) . Big pack on the back and a pay rise for her professionalism in looking after us.

After having all the details checked manually, including the mileage, specifications, battery health and first registration we went to collect this MG ZS EV reg HW73NNB
We are lucky that we insisted on a copy of the battery health report - this was showing 87% not 95% which for a car just 2 years old is significant degradation and only 120 miles range showing when fully charged. They have relisted without updating the correct battery health. AVOID!

Chloe Brown she was really friendly and helpful, we looked a couple of different cars before we settled on the Seat Ateca we took it for a quick test drive and then sorted out the finance. Would definitely recommend motorpoint good selection of cars and good knowledgeable sales people.

I recently purchased a car from here at Motorpoint Chingford, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was assisted by Zeynep Salman, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the part exchange smoothly.

The customer service was excellent. Communication was clear and timely, the test drive and paperwork were handled smoothly, and she checked in afterward to make sure everything was going well. I felt valued and taken care of the entire time.

The car i brought was great . And i was pleased with price of my part exchange . Staff were very helpful in all matters.
