Used a 2023 Razr+ for just over 1 year and the screen suddenly cracks when I flipped the phone as usual and without any significant damage on the screen. The lower half of the screen turned black and the phone doesn't respond to tapping. The warranty expired, and I am okay to switch the phone myself. However, their customer service mentioned to me even if the phone is still in warranty, scratches of any kind are unfortunately considered physical damage and therefore my warranty has been voided. I won't trust Motorola anymore.

Phones suck, there's no gallery, can't find or edit pictures or videos. Takes forever to start up. Biggest waste of money I ever spent on a phone. Absolute trash and you guys should stop making them
