It was really worthwhile, deciding to sell my campervan through Motorhome Depot. It took the strain off; I did not have to deal with the details, and what I had been dreading, went along nice and smoothly, with guidance and reassurance all along the way. I did not have to worry about the transaction or anything preceding it - all the ins and outs of potential buyers.

Can't really fault the service provided. We were regularly kept up to date with an indication of the level of interest in our van. The selling process couldn't have been smoother or easier.

From the first point of contact with Dave and Mike we given as much time as we needed before paying the deposit on our new van. Contact was maintained from that point with arrangements made for collection from Poole railway station to allow us both to enjoy our first trip home together. Nothing was too much trouble with all questions dealt with putting us at ease throughout the whole process. Tracy was extremely easy to deal with and very prompt in replying to any queries. The process was smooth and the van sold very quickly, making £2000 more than the trade in value. We were reluctant to manage the sale ourselves, particularly negotiating with potential buyers and dealing with safe transfer of funds. Brokerage was an excellent compromise.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe from Motorhome Depot to purchase our motorhome. The communication throughout was excellent and he accommodated us in any way he could, including going out of his way to collect us from the train station on our collection day.

Michael Register came to assess our VW campervan at our home in Cambridgeshire. We could not fault the process, his friendliness, honesty and genuineness. it was very refreshing to deal with somebody both professional and with high ethical values who we felt we could trust.

As it turned out, we had already arranged for someone to visit the van privately a couple of days later which Michael knew about and they did buy the vehicle. So we did not actually sell through Michael. But we would thoroughly recommend him.

This is our first motorhome, and prior to meeting Mike , we almost gave up on continuing with our search due to the amount of crooks out there , lying and falsely advertising . But from the moment we contacted Mike regarding our recent purchase, he was a game changer.
We viewed , fell in love and drove home in the space of a week. Not once did we loose confidence along the way. Mike kept everything running smoothly and we were always kept completely at ease with his brilliant sense of humour.

Yesterday we bought our first motorhome from Bernie & Ariana at Motorhome Depot Glasgow (Glengarnock).
We'd toyed with the idea for a long time but we were understandably cautious as it's a big expense.
We actually stumbled across Bernie and Ariana when another another prospective van from a private seller turned out to be very disappointing upon viewing it.
Ariana met us at very short notice and showed us around the van. She gave us all the time we needed and never pressured us once. She's such a gem of a woman. Just the nicest of people to deal with. We decided we knew we wanted this van and from them we dealt with her husband Bernie. Communicating with him was so easy and efficient. He kept in touch with us regularly and again we never felt pressured once. He reassured us about any queries or concerns we had and if he didn't know an answer he quickly found it out from the owner.
Handover day went really well. He met us from the train station and made us feel relaxed in his office with coffees and biscuits whilst we looked over all the van paperwork. He took my husband out for a test drive which went well and we felt so supported in making our decision and purchase.
We left feeling happy and confident that we'd done the right thing. Bernie has encouraged us to keep in touch if we have any queries or concerns in the early days of ownership which is really helpful.
We hope to have this van for a very long time, but if we ever want another we wouldn't hesitate to return to Bernie and Ariana for their help in finding the right one. Thanks again you two!! X
