It's always good to deal with someone who is good at their job and Mike Shuttleworth is very good at his. Our experience was as the sellers of a 2.5 year old campervan and it was all very easy. One week after the advert went live we had our first viewing, arranged and managed by Mike, a week later they had purchased and were driving home. If you are happy to pay to save time and avoid stress then Motorhome Depot certainly ticks these boxes.

The service was absolutely first class. Because I was buying over a weekend I had to deposit the full price in advance, which felt scary. However, in the event a small refund was due and this arrived in my account first thing Monday morning. Lots of friendly professional help with both paperwork and technical advice. I cannot fault this experience. 100% recommend this as a way to buy a motorhome.

Tara the broker was lovely, easy to talk to & very knowledgeable & not pushy.
We bought our new to us motor home & love it. We took it on a long drive on the 1st day we collected it and we’re in love with it.

Neil Dalgleish, our local rep was very knowledgable, open, personable and friendly. We met him when he sold a neighbours van successfully and after having several time wasting enquiries for our vehicle with a private ad, contacted him for details. Once you are “ok” with the commission charge, it was job done really. Neil took care of photos, advertising, all enquiries, viewings, finance and handover. Sold in under 2 weeks and no hassle whatsoever.

I was not dissapointed, Jamie and Emma exceeded my expectations.
Before signing me up they explained in great detail how the sale is conducted and what they expected in return. I told them how much money I expected for my Moho and they added their broker fee on top. Within two days of going live they called to say they had a buyer 250 miles away who was travelling to me by train and they would pick him up and bring him to my address to do the sales pitch and handover. Everything was like clockwork and the sale and document transfer was effortless on my part.
I fully recommend their service and would suggest that if you present your vehicle in good order at a sensible price you too will be delighted with what they can do.

Having tried to sell my campervan myself on eBay but despite hundreds of views and watchers over nearly 4 weeks I knew that i had to try something different.
Me and my wife visited STJ Motorhome Depot and had a long talk with the staff so the next day drove the campervan there with our little tow car in tow , we had another discussion with the staff and we could see the advantage of STJ selling for us with finance packages availible and warranty would make the vehicle much more likely to sell without us having the worry of security when handling such large amounts of money.
Now the campervan is sold and we definitely made the right decision and recommend to anyone in similar position to go to STJ Motorhome Depot they are excellent to deal with and provide a brilliant service

Where do I start?

From the first phone call to the last goodbye Emma and Jamie were first class.

Myself and my wife as a complete pair of novices,found motorhomes akin to a spaceship but through Emma’s and Jamie’s knowledge and infinite patience put us both at ease.
We spent the first hour just going through the basics to see if this van was the one we wanted and when the ok was given they went through it thoroughly and nothing was missed.
They both literally took care of everything.

I feel I must mention the sellers David and Lesley - what a lovely,honest and thoroughly pleasant couple.
I did feel a tad sorry for them as this MH was there pride and joy but it was sold with good grace and we’re lucky to have found such a well looked after and loved Motorhome which really is a credit to them both.

All in all a great experience all round.
