Excellent Experience
I have never used Motorfinity or the likes before so i was initially nervous. When choosing and ordering Patrick was very helpful and patient allowing me to get the spec I wanted.
The follow up process was informative and i was kept in the loop the entire time. My car was delayed by several months which was agonising however this was a manufacturer issue, not Motorfinity.
Fiona from the delivery team was very helpful and guided me through payment and collection, following up with after sales care.
I can’t fault Motorfinity and the team! Will definitely use again

Right from beginning when I phoned Motorfinity and started the whole process of buying a new car especially when you are not actually seeing anyone face to face which is always a worry. But I couldn’t have been more impressed by the professionalism that these young people showed. Always at the end of the phone when needed and answered emails promptly. Great experience
So far so good, Olivia has been exceptionally helpful throughout the ordering process of my new car. From my first contact with Olivia, she has always answered my e mails and telephone calls without delay and given me any information asked for during what can be quite a stressful time, parting with your hard earned cash. Great stuff so far thank you Olivia and Kitt.

Very impressive service from Motorfinity, from Brady identifiying the exact car in stock, to Lucy in the delivery team sorting out a rapid delivery even changing the date by a week so I got the car just when I needed it. An Excellent place to get your car
This is quite honestly the easiest and least stress free experience I have had buying a car. From the first enquiry to taking receipt of my car the process was efficient, quick and snag free. This team are professional and I am convinced they really care about their customers. A special mention goes to Josh who dealt with my initial enquiry and securing the car I wanted, as well as dealing with questions, some for reassurance which he always dealt with knowledgeably, very quickly and always in a friendly way. Thank you also to Katie who dealt with my delivery issues (my fault, not Motorfinity) with patience and was extremely helpful. I want to reassure anyone that this is a fantastic way to purchase a car, BIG discount, people who genuinely care, and what can always be a worry, the payment was safe and secure.
