I have only been using Motorcheck for a short while but have to say they are far better than CAP HPI, Experian and the rest. No complaints and completely satisfied with the services and my experience with them. These guys are very quick with chasing up finance settlements too. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Excellent service received from Stevan, there was an issue with a report I bought which was a stolen discrepancy. Stevan went to the insurer to find out what the actual case with the vehicle was and he was able to have the report rectified in no time atall.

Had a couple of discrepancies with a vehicle that I was interested in. Stevan was very clear to the process which would happen... He followed up very swiftly, verified that there wasn't a problem, then cleared up the matter quickly with myself, proceeded to clear the discrepancies off the report which then put my mind at ease.

I do not normally write reviews but the help that Stevan gave me in checking out mileage discrepancies, explaining why the car I was interested in might have been a taxi and then tracking down the garage that used to service the vehicle was outstanding. Thank you very much.

I was buying a car which upon checking history, revealed a mileage discrepancy, which transpired to be an error. Nonetheless it was a blot on the car record, and Motorcheck responded immediately by verifying and removing the entry.

After I bought a car and multiples checks on different sites they gave me exactly real information about my car and here I discover my car was a total loss.

After a little hiccup, information was sent through to explain/rectify situation to our satisfaction. Would use again.

Saved myself a lot of trouble by using MotorCheck before I bought a car. Reports give a lot of information and are easy to use. Their support team was very helpful. I don't know a lot about cars so their advice was very valuable. Eventually found a good car after doing a few checks and went ahead and bought it. Highly recommended

Really rude. Dealt with someone called Shane, I think is meant to be some account manager or in marketing. Asked basic questions and he was just really aggressive. I hung up in the end.
