Everything went exactly to plan. The young man who collected my bike was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and provided confidence. The company is professional and organised. Do not expect to receive the full value of your machine but it is safer than having complete strangers to one's property.

Agreed a valuation, arranged a pick up date. Waiting in for the call from the driver for when they would be picking up the bike. Sent my bank details for fast payment. No call. No driver. No call to say sorry, we don't want your bike. Very disappointing service. As verbal contract over the phone

I went online and got a pretty fast valuation, so booked in the viewing and collection for 2 days later, received a call from a really pleasant member of the team, who talked me through the process, then could actually view and pick it up the next day (today). Received a call 1 hour before the viewing to let me know they would be there in an hour, did a full inspection (bike, paperwork etc). Found a couple of things I didn’t spot and reduced the value (only by £100) so was very happy, paid for same day payment and received that before they had loaded the bike. Very pleasant experience.

Very fair valuation, great communication throughout and prompt service. On the day i was seen by Goldie who turned up exactly when he said he would, was very friendly and professional and concluded the valuation and sale quickly. I found that being open and honest with Motorbike Trader made the whole process smooth and hassle free.

The best way to sell your bike by a country mile. Excellent service from start to finish, couldn't fault it. The driver who collected the bike was the icing on the cake, perfect customer service.

Pete is a nice guy dealt with the sale very professionally. Service history needs to be better explained or understood. The Kawasaki dealer has a different idea of what a full service history is compared to motorbike trader; but we sorted it out and made the deal. Thanks

Super service from start to finish.
The price originally quoted was fair and although the offer was reduced slightly when the bike was inspected, it was absolutely justified as there were a couple of issues that I simply hadn't spotted.
The man who did the inspection and collection, Simon, was extremely punctual, polite and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Ian the driver for Scotland area phoned said he would be within the hour which he was . Took his time to go over paperwork and the bike. His evaluation was only slightly under what was quoted online which I was happy with. Then cash was in bank as he stood with me .

Andrew came two days ago to pick up my husbands bike. He contacted us when he was an hour away which worked well for us. He checked the bike and paperwork over and afterwards helped us with the dvla procedure as we don't do a lot online. He was very pleasant and we enjoyed meeting him.

The chap who came was very personable, professional and thorough it what he needed to do. While doing his tasks we had a very good chat about our younger days and bikes we had ridden.

Simon came to collect my bike today he was very respectful and made the whole hand over very smooth

The whole experience was dealt with professionally & with great customer service. Phil the driver was great, polite, honest & gave a fair review of my bike, he completed his inspection & transaction quick but thorough.
Liam was very helpful & gave me a fair valuation for my bike & organised the collection to suit. All in all, a very good experience even though I’m sad to say goodbye to my bike, I know she’s in good hands 🥰
