Tried extremely helpful when trying to complete insurance quote…
Tried to complete insurance quote online through a comparison site but failed. Spoke with Joseph Cassidy on the phone at Motor-vision who was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process and Infact was able to get a better price for me than online. The quote was far less than my last years car insurance . Would definitely recommend and will probably re insure next year.

I unfortunately had to sell my car 3 months before the end of my policy. As a result i had to pay twice the amount that i would have had to pay if i had left it running due to the ridiculous cancellation fee

As part of our renewal process, we email customers in advance to notify them of their renewal and ask them to review their renewal quote and any relevant documents.
The renewal notice also explains that if you do not wish to continue your cover, you should contact us before the renewal date. If we do not hear from you, payment is automatically collected seven days before renewal to ensure your cover continues without interruption.
