Emailed twice to register interest and get a quote as I am an expat emigrating to Australia. Both times, I've had zero reply by email or online form. Zero engagement, zero interest in helping. Really poor.

Very disappointing experience. I paid the bond and was told to pick up a Jaecoo J7 at a scheduled time. After arriving and waiting about 20 minutes, I was informed that the consultant had gone to get the vehicle only to be told later that the car was not available.

I was offered an alternative vehicle, but it was not what I had agreed to and paid for, so I declined. At no point was a proper explanation provided that matched the inconvenience caused.

This experience wasted my time and showed a serious lack of professionalism and reliability. I expected far better from a car subscription service and would strongly caution others to think twice before relying on Motopool.

Motopool made everything easy for me. The paperwork was straightforward, the Motopool team was lovely, the car was fantastic, and the communication was excellent. I'm making Motopool my go-to car leasing service anytime I need a car. Their rates are fantastic, and the service is exceptional!

I hired a vehicle through Motopool Melbourne for 3 months. Process seems simpler. Abdul was helpful from the beginning. Just book which car you need through their website. It looks they do a soft credit check and then they approve. They gave me upto 2K Kms drivable a month. Please understand you need to put your own petrol for driving the vehicle. Their website says 250 Kms/500Kms included per week. This may look like slightly misleading. We were thinking they will pay for the petrol for that 250KM. But its not the case. They will not give a petro card like Goget does. Fuel is your charge.

For a short hire, its good. For long hire it's better to buy a used car.

Update: I keep getting Toll infringement notices often from Motopool even after dropping the car. It looks someone hired the car after me and driving on toll roads without tags. I told them many times. But I still keep getting this.
