Very very poor comms
Had 2 cars through them, when it all kicked off on the discretionary payments scandal they emailed me and admitted I was duped.
2 years later, redress scheme is in place and I've messaged them 4 times fir an update and they've chosen to completely ignore me.
Disgusting treatment of customer past, not eeven a sorry were still working on it.
Never use them again
