I deliberately chose a Moto Morini Calibro 700 as a brand-new motorcycle and was genuinely excited at first. Unfortunately, that excitement was severely damaged within a very short time.

After only 1314 km of mileage — roughly just 300 km after the first service — the motorcycle suffered a major engine failure. Since then, the bike has been sitting in the workshop for weeks without any binding decision, without a clear timeline, and with extremely poor communication.

The engine failure itself is not even the main issue. Technical problems can happen with any manufacturer. The real problem is the way customers are treated in situations like this.

For weeks, there has been almost no proactive communication. More and more requests for documents and photos, more waiting, but no concrete solution. As a customer, you are left in uncertainty with no real planning security at all.

At the same time, all ongoing costs continue:
insurance, financing, loss of riding season, and depreciation — while the motorcycle remains unusable for weeks.

The provided loan motorcycle is only a much weaker A2-class bike and by no means an equivalent replacement for a nearly new motorcycle in this category.

Additionally, there had already been several smaller issues beforehand which I accepted as a customer. Despite everything, I remained patient, cooperative, and respectful throughout the entire process.

That is exactly why the current warranty handling and communication now feel extremely disappointing to me.

Conclusion:
I still genuinely like the motorcycle itself.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the warranty and customer support structure behind the brand.
