BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I made an order on 27th March 2026 and to-date (21 April 2026) I have received no shipment nor have I received tracking details that indicate a shipment is on the way to me. I have tried relentlessly to contact the store only to be ignored, then provided inaccurate details, and then further ignored. The line given just rings and nobody ever answers. They took my money (over 10,000 INR) and are either treating me as though I don't matter, or are exhibiting core traits of online fraudsters! After wasting almost a month of my time my only recourse now if to report retail fraud and apply for a chargeback from Mastercard. They coned me with a false tracking number and no shipping slip as proof of shipment to my address. The package that should have come to me in Mauritius went to Singapore and then the USA last I checked. Furthermore other people contacted me asking if I had received their order because they were given the same tracking number I was given... proper fraudulent entity. Don't be fooled by the website and social media pages, or fake positive customer testimonials. Motomarvels Delhi is a customer's worst nightmare and hopefully the Indian cybercrime authorities will do the needful and shut it down and prosecute the proprietors. (p.s. I only rate 1 star because that is the minimum possible for a review - the reality is my rating should reflect 0 stars!). I challenge the store to engage me here and show anything I have said is false or prove they have properly handled my order #2592...
