Great product great staff

We went over to look at 3 different stiles of riding jeans for my wife.
Not only did they have all 3 in the size to suit my wife size 6 petite.
The member of staff who we interacted with was very helpful.
We came away with a great fitting pair of motorcycle jeans . Great quality and great value.
Very happy customers.
Thank you Motogirl.

Amazing customer service and brilliant…

Amazing customer service and brilliant products.
I received a pair of the daisy black dungarees for Christmas, I only wore them a handful of times before I noticed the lining had some holes in it. I emailed the customer service team and Jo was brilliant. I was advised to return them and a replacement was sent out. Then whilst on a biking trip in France, the buckle on the strap broke. I contacted Jo again and a repair was organised. The dungarees are now back and I love them! I was kept informed throughout and the service was brilliant! Thank you Jo l, you wre amazing. I have also bought the Hayley leather jacket, Bessie gloves, neck tube and the leather belt zip attachment, as I was so impressed with the service. Thank you for all the great service that I received throughout!

Sherrie trousers poor quality

So disappointed bought the sherrie trousers from motogirl and 2months and maybe 4 wears and they have started bobbling like cheap leggings emailed customer service thinking maybe a bad set and they would sort it to be told its your jacket rubbing the back of your thighs and to buy a lint roller. Funny it's the motogirl jacket I wear which doesnt reach the back of my thighs.

Poor customer service and poor quality goodsz

Poor customer service.
Purchased trousers and wore them for one weekend and the ‘safety’ knee armour split. Thank goodness there were no accidents. The trousers pilled and looked worn apparently because I was sat on pannier straps. I have had leggings before and this hasn’t happened however motogirl said it was wear and tear (after two rides) and would not accept me returning them. Poor customer service (couldn’t even spell my name correctly) and poor quality goods. Not a great combination sadly. Maybe shop elsewhere.

Great customer service

I bought a jacket before my anniversary and added a note to the order as I needed it before my anniversary. Jo from MotoGirl messaged me the next day to say the order had been dispatched and it arrived way before my anniversary.

Thanks for going above and beyond!

Poor Quality

My partner bought for me the Valerie (in red) leather jacket for a Christmas present, it is coming up two years. I have worn the jacket I think about 15-20 times all for short rides, not that that is the point. The lining has split on the inside, the cotton on the seam has just come away. I contacted MotoGirl, explained the situation and sent them a couple of photographs, showing the very limited wear in the jacket and the gaping whole in the lining. Their reply; "your jacket was purchased in 2022 it is no longer covered by our year warranty. What I would suggest is taking it to your local Dry Cleaners, they should be able to restitch the lining for you. This does not impact on the safety of the garment. If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to contact me”.
Whilst I appreciate this is out of it’s year guarantee I honestly thought they may offer to stitch the lining up, they did not even offer! For a company that states they are hand making and hand stitching everything themselves this was a poor response. I have an Akito leather jacket I bought second hand in 2000, that must be at least 25 years old there are no defects with this jacket and worn hundreds of times. I have come to the conclusion the quality of the lining and the cotton used is substandard, comparing this with another leather jacket, and the follow up support is not brilliant. The jacket cost £289.00, not value for money. It would have been really helpful, reassuring and a positive customer experience if they had offered to repair the lining, given they are the creators of this piece of clothing and know what the best options would be. The fact there was no discussion about options indicates their lack of support for customers.

Fantastic quality

Such an easy ordering experience for starters. Really liked the fact that they have photos sent in by customers wearing their products. Bike clothing is notoriously difficult to get when you're a plus size and short! But their sizing recommendations were spot on. I ordered the zip leggings and Louise jacket and they're the comfiest bike gear I've ever owned. They arrived within the week. My first journey was a 5 hour ride including a ferry trip. Well made and the fit is great plus you get loyalty points with each purcase and the option to spread payments with Klarna. Finally a bike clothing company that caters for everyone.
