Alpinestars Supertech R Vented in fluro yellow boots were sold out everywhere! I found Instagram shorts from this company and went on their website and they had them! Called them up and the gentleman sent me photos of his stock, went over shipping rates, sizes and at the end asked me if I needed or wanted anything else. I was cheerfully stunned because it felt very personal like he was invested in my riding career. He sent it out asap after I purchased through the site. Goodies came with the boots too. Perfect service and fast shipping. Thank you again!

Do not buy from this company. Poor customer service. I bought a motorcycle helmet the cost was $634.98 the helmet was purchased on back order December 6, 2025, the helmet arrived December 28, 2025 after the holidays the same day I received the package I sent the package back as a return. I paid 64.00 through fed ex to ship the package back thats fine it was my choice. The company charged me a 20% restock fee the package was never used, put on my head, or pulled out of the box. I work for minimum wage 20% restock fee is $126.99. This company ia just stealing from customers thus helmet is a popular helmet and someone else will buy it no need to take 126.99 from a customer to accept a package back the box was in perfect condition im disappointed i decided to buy from this company. Stick with cycle gear or revzillla the companies return your product for 30 days and don't steal your hard working money... $15- 20 for rest ock fine 126.99 for no reason at all insanity bad customer service not happy 😒 very disappointed in this company

After searching for a helmet and accessories for my first bike I stumbled upon their website. I was able to find what I wanted and it actually be in stock. It arrived a day earlier than what was said. I'm thankful that I found them and didn't get put on a wait list for what I wanted. I will 100% be using them for any and all of my future purchases. I Preorder a kyt helmet that’s been sold out everywhere and it took them 3 weeks to find one and send it. Can’t than them ENOGH for this, other brands laces where telling me I had to wait till next year or even pay extra but moto factory charge me no more than the original price and got it fast.10/10 will buy from here again
