Fast delivery, correct product and matey who packed my order even left a packet of sweets with a little note ‘ride safe’ which I thought was wicked.

Ordered some O’Neil motox boots and put DPD next day delivery as this was a Friday they wouldn’t arrive till the mo day. A lovely lady from motocrosshut rang me to see if I wanted them sent out via Royal Mail 24 so they would come the next day (Saturday) and not the next working day. The boots were perfect and packaging was great.

Another very good experience. Motocross Hut are becoming my go to supplier because of the good prices, fast dispatch and what feels like a personal service.

Really good products and prices. Let down by Royal Mail, attempted delivery left no calling card, then the parcel disappeared. I had to go hunting at the local sorting office, eventually located at a different post office. Maybe just a one off!👍🏻

I ordered the items late Friday night opting for Saturday delivery and received a phone call within in 5 minutes to inform me that one item will not be able to be delivered Saturday and was provided with options.

This may seem inconvenient however these things do happen and I was pushing my luck ordering so late. What stood out is instead of leaving me pondering all weekend where my items where I was contacted directly by phone to inform me of the issue which I think is brilliant customer service and shows they care.

This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

You may not care about customer service but when other companies (24mx) take months to deliver a item and/or items become lost in transit with no interaction with their customer you really appreciate it when you find a company like motorcrosshut!

Excellent customer service as usual, would highly recommend.Item too small, offered exchange without any quibble. Even upgraded my postage for delivery free of charge. In a world of having most things at your fingertips, customer service is paramount and Motorcross Hut have this off to a tee!
