**Steer Clear of Moto-Technique!**

**Steer Clear of Moto-Technique!**

0 stars. This is the service they provide at this scam.

If you’re in the market for motorcycle training that feels more like a chaotic comedy than a professional course, Moto-Technique is your place! Seriously, I’ve had better experiences at a dentist’s office.

Let’s start with the bikes. They were so ancient that I wouldn’t be surprised if they were featured in a museum exhibit titled “Motorcycles of the Past.”

Now, onto the organization—or lack thereof. The course kicked off late, which is always a fun surprise! With one instructor overseeing six students, it felt more like a chaotic group project than a focused learning environment. Important riding skills? Those were brushed aside quicker than a kid’s homework on a Friday afternoon.

Then there was our instructor, who seemed to have mastered the art of negativity. Instead of encouragement, we were treated to a barrage of critiques. It felt like we were playing a game of “how to crush your spirit,” which is definitely not what I signed up for!

And if you thought it couldn’t get any worse, our instructor decided to add a personal touch by vaping in our faces while explaining crucial riding techniques. Nothing says “professional” like a cloud of vapor while you’re trying to focus on not crashing!

To top it all off, the training pad was a frustrating 30-minute drive away from the school. Because who wouldn’t want to waste precious time stuck in a car when they could be learning to ride? The instructor seemed far more interested in wrapping things up quickly than actually teaching us anything of value.

In summary, my time at Moto-Technique was nothing short of a disaster. If you’re looking for quality motorcycle training, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The only thing I'd like to add is that the instructors are regular guys, not instructors. They decide, based on circumstances known only to them, who to certify and who to simply milk for the next lesson, and so on ad infinitum. Instead of teaching, they accused me of breaking their chinese garbage. Despite all this, I passed the exam and have a full A and A1 driver's license in another country; I just don't want to exchange it for a British one.

In short, if you have extra time and money that you don't mind wasting, this is the place for you.

And I wish your scam goes bankrupt as soon as possible.

Ok...somehow mere words do not seem enough!! All I can do is go through the events that genuinely happened, & my conversations with you (including itemising the vast sums we scammed from you!).
You came in for your CBT (course cost £189) on a manual bike, but were not good enough on that machine, nor the scooter we swopped you onto, to go on the road later in the afternoon. You re-booked for the next visit but phoned me just the day before to say you couldn't come, we made no charge for the short notice cancellation (I didn't fill the place, so lost £189 I could have sold the place for, but hey-ho). You then booked in again a month later, used an auto again, but again were not good enough on the machine to go on the road...you complained about the scooters saying you could not steer them fully, you told me it was impossible to do so! I explained that you needed to be relaxed, sit a little further back & not have your legs in the position they were, that again was 'impossible' and that our training area was not long enough to learn on also, it's 275ft long btw!...you paid a whopping £40 (I knocked £15 off as scammers do) for 1/2 day bike hire for that visit, and booked in again.
On the next occasion you actually did get to the legal standard we need to go on the road....you were having trouble switching the indicator on for the junction exercises, Jordon showed you how to move it with your thumb, and you said 'like this' and, let's say 'forcibly' pressed it ,until it gave up! Although we think the breakage was unnecessary, we don't charge for damage here, so pressed on & would use another scooter for the road (& btw mate, there's nothing wrong with our NIU scooters, any indicator, car or bike these days, can be snapped when forced).
During the last exercise, E-stops, you excused yourself to go to the loo, no problem....problem was, you never came back!...leaving the other pupils hanging around for 30 minutes whilst we looked for, and phoned, you.
So, apart from costing your fellow customers most of their break time, whether by accident or not, damaging our scooter, and then legging it with one of our training bibs, this scammer then didn't even get the chance to rob you of the bike hire fee!
Still, how dare I complain about providing 4 days worth of training day places for a total of £229, less the cost of an indicator switch, a training bib, and a bit of my sanity of course....
and that's the case for the defence, thank you!
