Poor customer service and treatment and poor work quality. I wish I would have done my homework before taking my Airstream there to be remodeled. As a result of having to repair the poor workmanship, we have found better RV shops in Austin.

The work completed on your Airstream was limited to the specific items you approved and paid for, as detailed in your estimate and final invoice. We use an integrated system to ensure all work requests, approvals, and communications are documented clearly to protect both our clients and our team.
You mentioned during the process that your husband, a construction contractor and highly skilled, would be handling the remaining work which is why you only contracted us to do the rough buildout, and you specifically asked us to only address a few items. At no point did we agree to take on a full renovation or remodel work beyond what was authorized.
When we offered to review and correct anything that might fall under our workmanship, you declined. We stand by our craftsmanship and always aim to make things right if any issues arise that are related to our scope of work.
