Ordered a Torro Sturmtiger RC tank. Item shipped fast and arrive quickly, especially considering that it was ordered from the EU warehouse for shipping to a US address. item arrived in only 3 business days after order was placed, but there was an issue with the smoke generator out of box. Customer support was awesome. After contacting Motion RC, they had a replacement part shipped out the next day.

I had purchased a new ESC that required either a programming card or a Bluetooth dongle to program. I opted for the Bluetooth dongle and I simply couldn’t get it to work. I felt I tried everything but I couldn’t ever see the Bluetooth device on my phone to connect. I wrote in to explain it didn’t work and I included pictures and a description. I received a response from a representative that very simply explained he might know what the problem was and he included a link to a YouTube video with an exact time reference “7:04” of the video and wouldn’t you know that solved the problem and it works fine. I was very thankful.
