I have been taking the unplug for three months now and couldn’t live without it. At first I was skeptical but after a few weeks I noticed a change in how fast I was getting to sleep and the quality of my sleep improving dramatically. I have a history of sleep troubles and couldn’t recommend this product enough. I even take it abroad with me when I’m away.

Great to have the option to get all three supplements in one package!

I really liked it, it tasted great and I loved the zero-waste packaging, which is why I bought it. But overall it was just too expensive to justify buying it again (I’m in Canada and had to pay shipping and import duties, nearly doubling the actual price of the product)

So sorry but it did not work for me but I am sure it cannot be the same for everyone.. there were some very positive reviews so goes to show it must work but not for me. I did try with Camomile tea at night but to no avail.

Loved the Peanut Butter Protein Shake - tasted great in my protein smoothies! One of the very few with no sugar/sweetners/stevia 💕

I’ve never been a big believer in relying on supplements, however power up has really helped with brain fog. I find I can focus better and not get distracted as easily, especially working from home. It may be a placebo, but whatever it is, it’s working.

The only piece of constructive feedback is if I don’t eat anything after taking them, I can still taste the capsules for a while after. This is a seriously minor point though in an otherwise really great product.

Power Up + Brain & Body Creatine with a big glass of water get me going in the morning and Unplug + Hormone Balance unwind me at night. These supplements keep me functioning at my best and I am so grateful for the quality of the products and the customer service is top notch!

I am more alert and my day goes more efficient. I take them in the morning when I feel tired and drained weither purchasing.

I have tried the Creamy Cocoa Whey Protein Powder and have just ordered the Peanut Butter - can’t wait to try it💥 I seem to have noticed a cognitive boost after 20-ish days of using Power Up and Balance - felt quite sluggish before that. Pair these with a low sugar but yummy breakfast (cauliflower in my smoothie?) for the greatest results! Looking forward to trying Hormone Balance as well!
