Their chat person was very rude. Never said anything positive and was like I was working for him or something, then he/she cut off the chat abruptly. Keep in mind that I was just inquiring about their services, not even a customer yet. Imagine being a customer. Sorry, don't want to go through that experience!

I have not done this before. Motion Mator made it easy for me and I now have a great promotional video. Looking forward to some great results!

I needed a short video for use on a website and found Motion Mator via a Google search. I read some of the other reviews, and was a bit skeptical at first, but decided to give them a try anyway... and I'm glad I did. I love the way the video turned out, especially for the price, which is very reasonable. Jack, my account rep, was great to work with and very responsive. The only downside is that they WILL try to upsell you on other projects, but it wasn't hard to steer away from that. Overall, I'm very happy and would recommend them.

I ordered 3 videos from motion mator and the 3 videos were amazing. Jack Winson was my project manager and he provided an outstanding experience. They have a solid process in place starting from the script creation, to the storyboard, to the animations, to the voice over and finally everything comes together. You are guaranteed 100% satisfaction and i can say this is the case 100%. I wasn't able to share my videos here because the platform doesn't allow links but honestly the work they do is great! I liked it so much i'm working on incorporating this as part of our online services. Whatever you want they will make it happen. 5 out of 5! :)

Not qualified to complete the work they say they can. You can get 10x better quality on fiverr. Atleast on fiverr the freelancers stand up to quality work. Motionmator just took our $150 and ran.
