Second car from Motability Ireland and yet again they never fail to impress. Personal experience for wheelchair users is hard to find but with Motability Ireland they ensured that they made sure to understand husband requirements, delivery of car for test drive and delivery once sale complete. Highly recommend

I came there 2 time to purchase a wheelchair vehicle. Both time they disappoint me. Put up the deposit both time gime me 2 weeks time to collect the car but after then no response. They show you this your car but after then you have to follow the seles representative. Very poor service. Not happy with them

Too expensive

Left car with them and then they told me that they would not be able to fix it so the sent it back to me with my air bag cut off well let me tell you they said it could not be fixed let me tell you it can they just did not want to do it and charge me to bring it back to me will not be recommended to a living person they said I sent it up to them like that how could I I’m not a macanic shame on than

Approached and visited their head office in Ashbourne with the view of purchasing a new wheelchair adapted vehicle and trading in my own current one. Sales man on the day was helpful and seemed very interested. He said he would get back to me and my family and this never happened. We followed up with several emails and phone calls, but we were essentially fobbed off and ignored. Very disappointing and very bad customer relations, and unfortunately was left with no choice but will not be returning in the future to get my custom.

It was a pleasure to deal with Tom and Alan from start to finish. Would highly recommend them. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Extremely knowledgable in the area.

Very grateful to Motability Ireland LTD and especially Tommy for the purchase of the Peugeot Horizon. I turned to Tommy for advice on buying a used car and he offered me a wonderful car in excellent condition. The car was fully prepared for sale. Tommy helped me with all the paperwork. He accompanied the purchase of the car from start to finish, for which I am very grateful! I am sure that if I buy my next car, it will be Motability Ireland!!!!

We met Tommy at the Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association AGM where he was so helpful. When the time came to purchase an adapted vehicle Tommy went above and beyond to acquire a pre owned vehicle to the specification we required! Tommy was so helpful throughout the entire process and continues to be post purchase! Tommy made a difficult circumstance a positive experience and we as a family are so grateful!

I've had dealings with repairs, sales and after sales over the last while and all I can say is what a great company to deal with. Very straightforward, willing, knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
