Great website, easy to use and order. We asked for delivery to be held until we returned from holiday and, guess what, they were! albeit we had to phone to tell them we were home, they then arrived promptly. Often nobody bothers to read the comments box. The curtains arrived in immaculate condition, very well made and they hang beautifully. Not cheap but worth the money.

Have used Mostyns for years and my father sold material to them before that, but I see you are in liquidation. Shame.

The curtains chosen met with all our expectations and as they were in the sale are excellent value for money.

Unfortunately the curtain samples did not suit, but many thanks.

However heard nothing after that to say the item had been dispatched or an expected day of delivery. Delivery was supposed to be 1-5 working days I left it another day for it to turn up on the 7th day.

Mostyns sent me some samples before I made my choice. Their website gives very clear instructions on ordering and if you want alterations made to ready made curtains, which I did. They arrived 5 days after ordering and were well packaged. Very pleased with them.

I sent my online order on 050713. I received confirmation of my payment from Worldpay the same day. I heard nothing from Mostyns. I phoned them a week later, 120713, and was told that they had part of my order but that the remainder was on the van which had just arrived from their other warehouse! I was advised that the van would be unloaded on Monday, 150713, and the total order would be sent out on that day. The parcel was collected by the courier on 170713 and received by me today,180713.! This is a very tardy service, nearly two weeks for an item off the shelf, glad I didn't order curtains to be made up!! Further despite the insistence that I supply a name for each type of curtain so that this could be added to the item when posted, my curtains arrive in 6 unmarked bags!

The curtains we purchased where very good value for money, and would recommend them to any one. The only thing we would say is, notification of when the item would be delivered.

My order came within a few days and was as near as da**it to the site pictures, all in all I was pretty chuffed, especially with the price!

Only allowed 4 samples and then only 1 has turned up!
Not a good start?
Thinking of spending £300-£400 on curtains and blind but may think again.

Very pleased with my purchase. Well made and good quality. Have antique brass ringlet which are lovely. Would definately use again.

I thought mould order a sample of the white fabric curtain material.
I was glad I did as the colour sample was in fact not white but cream.

Thank goodness I did not order the curtains.

Ordered some chenille curtains in the sale. I know they are good quality as I have had some before. Although one pair was out of stock the very helpful lady at Mostyns managed to find some at another warehouse . Very pleased especially as they are half price in the sale. The curtains arrived very promptly.

I ordered from this company as they could provide me with the goods I wanted in the size I wanted. Having looked a t various other websites this was the only one with the sizing required. The goods arrived before the stated time and I was fully informed of the date and time of delivery. I am delighted with the goods and will certainly return to Mostyns for my curtains. Thank you for excellent service.

I found company browsing on line, I asked for several swatches of fabric for colour and fabric quality, which arrived promptly.
The curtains needed altering from pencil pleat to eyelet.
Curtains arrived today they were neatly folded and neatly packed in a box but on taking them out the fabric was extremely creased and looked as though they had not been pressed prior to packing. The curtains material looks fine although I wish I had ordered next size up. On the whole would recommend the company.

After ordering my curtains I was disappointed to get an e-mail telling me that my order would have to be met by a different depot, which would mean a delay, but in fact the curtains turned up only a few days later, and I was very pleased to get a text telling me that they would arrive next day, and then on that morning one telling me an hour time-slot for the delivery, which was then met.

I was very pleased with the curtains,and will certainly order from here again.

Good website, easy to find what I wanted. Ordering was simple and efficient.
