This is my fourth continuous message to Mostbet’s official support about the same problem, but there’s been no solution for the past five days. Every time, their agents send the same reply — “It will be resolved within 24 hours” — but nothing actually happens. It seems the company is running a fraud or scam operation in India. They have no shame. The payment was already sent to their listed provider, but they keep saying they haven’t received confirmation from their provider. They’ve been making excuses about a technical issue and “manual checking” for four days now. Shameless people, shameless company. The payment issue is only for ₹10,000 — something that could be solved in 15 minutes, but even after a week, they haven’t cleared it. I deposited the money to play, and now they’ve put me through this trouble.
Now you people are not giving me reply of my email you in your email saying that transaction have been done on 23.08.2025 and your support staff is saying 22.08.2025 you people are not giving me any solid evidence of the transaction again again asking me to give you statement and other things reply me back on my email and tell me the bank name
I deposited money onto this online casino. I won a decent bit of money so I went to withdraw but was then told I had to make a $100 deposit in order to verify my account. I was very clear about asking if that's all that was required to withdraw and was assured it was. Immediately after depositing the money to verify my account I was then informed there was a $200 deposit necessary to verify my wallet. I've argued this back n forth bit it must be an Ai generated system because the responses are generic n repetitive. Not only that but I've got over 10000000 built up in my balance now. Too good to be true.. I just feel dumb for falling for the $100 deposit to verify my account to begin with.
